Terms and Conditions

Booking:

All Students must hold a valid Learners Drivers Licence to participate in any Driving Instruction.   All bookings through this web site must be paid for at the time of booking Through the booking portal and preferred payment method.  

All bookings must be made at least 24hrs prior to your lesson.

Payments:

all outstanding funds are required to be paid at the time of booking to secure your time slot(s)

Cancellations:

Any cancellations must be made 24hrs prior to your lesson. to enable that time slot to be re-booked. If you require to re-book your lesson, you must contact SSS instructing via email or phone to change your booking.

Refunds:

If a refund is required we offer two options:

       1. A credit held with us so you can book at a later date or

       2. A full refund minus $10

Work health and Safety

For Work Health and Safety reasons we require you to wear fully inclosed shoes while undertaking your lesson.

Quality Assurance

As part of our commitment to you, we maintain all required qualifications and insurances. These include:

 1. A current Working With Children certificate

 2. A maintained Driving Instructors licence:

 3. Comphensive Car Insurance

 4. Public liability and Indemnity Insurance

On top of this we comply and follow all standards and regulations under the Driving Instructors Act 1992.

Bribing people is against the law

It is illegal to offer, request or accept gifts, rewards, money or other favours given to a driving instructor to obtain a benefit.  Penalties are severe and include fines and imprisonment. All cases of  corruption will be investigated and strong action will be taken against all those involved.
